Finalyse.ai is committed to transparent data practices. When using our mobile app or web platform, we collect specific types of information to deliver our financial features:
- Account Identification Data: Your email address, username, and password are collected during registration to create your secure profile.
- Financial Transactions: If you upload statements or manually log expenses, the application stores amounts, categories, dates, and merchant descriptions.
- Device Telemetry: Anonymized crash logs and device metrics are recorded to diagnose performance bottlenecks and resolve bugs.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your records are processed strictly to operate Finalyse.ai services. We employ information to:
- Determine your weighted Financial Health Score dynamically in the dashboard cockpit.
- Deliver context-aware replies via the AI Advisor using isolated contextual databases.
- Trigger local or push alerts when spending approaches category caps.
Finalyse.ai does not rent or sell your private information, logs, or transactions to third-party data brokers under any circumstances.
3. Security & Data Isolation
We deploy robust controls to isolate user profiles. Information at rest is encrypted, and all communications between devices and servers run under secure HTTPS tunnels. Access controls are implemented at the database layer to prevent unauthorized access.
4. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Regardless of residency, all Finalyse.ai users are granted full controls over their profile data:
- Right to Access: You can export complete lists of your transaction logs at any time in CSV or PDF formats directly from the app interface.
- Right to Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated transaction history. Once requested, your records are scrubbed permanently from all databases within 30 business days.
