How to delete your account
Log in to the Finalyse.ai app, open Profile, choose the permanent account deletion option, and review the confirmation screen before submitting. When deletion completes, it removes your account and associated app data from active systems. Limited information may remain temporarily in routine backups or where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or tax purposes.
Subscriptions are separate
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store subscription or request an Apple refund. Manage subscriptions and refunds through the Apple account used for purchase. RevenueCat may manage app entitlements but does not process payments or refunds.
