Refund Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for Finalyse.ai. Your rights may vary depending on the payment platform, app store, region, and applicable law.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through your Finalyse.ai profile or through the payment provider used for purchase, such as Google Play, Apple App Store, or another supported checkout provider. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds are generally considered when:

  • You were charged due to a duplicate billing error.
  • You were unable to access paid features because of a verified service-side issue.
  • You contacted us promptly after an unintended renewal or purchase.
  • Applicable consumer protection law or app-store policy requires a refund.

3. Non-refundable situations

Unless required by law or platform policy, refunds may not be available for:

  • Partial billing periods after cancellation.
  • Unused time in a monthly or annual subscription period.
  • Loss of access caused by violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Features that were available but not used during the subscription period.

4. App store purchases

If you subscribed through Google Play or Apple App Store, refund decisions may be controlled by that store’s policies and must often be requested directly through the relevant app store account. We can help you locate the right support path, but we may not be able to issue refunds directly for app-store-managed transactions.

5. Web or direct purchases

For purchases made directly through a Finalyse.ai-supported web checkout, email us at contact@finalyse.ai with your account email, charge date, plan, payment reference if available, and a short description of the issue.

6. Refund review timeline

We aim to review eligible refund requests within 7 business days. If approved, the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider, bank, card network, or app store.

7. Beta pricing and promotions

Introductory beta pricing, discounts, free trials, and promotional credits may have specific terms. If a promotion includes special refund or cancellation rules, those rules apply in addition to this policy.

8. Account and data deletion

Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or financial data. You can manage deletion from your app profile, or review our public instructions for account deletion and data deletion.
