Finalyse.ai provides personal finance tools, including expense tracking, budget management, statement parsing, subscription detection, debt payoff planning, financial health scoring, and AI-assisted coaching. The service is designed for informational and organizational use only.

2. No financial, legal, or tax advice

Finalyse.ai does not provide professional financial, legal, investment, accounting, or tax advice. AI-generated insights, projections, alerts, and recommendations are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not use Finalyse.ai for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Beta access may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn while features are being tested.

4. User data and permissions

You may upload or enter financial data, documents, transaction records, and related information. You confirm that you have the right to provide this data to Finalyse.ai. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, features, billing intervals, trial availability, taxes, and payment methods may vary by region, platform, app store, or promotional offer. You can review current plan information on the Pricing page.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Finalyse.ai profile or the platform/payment provider used for purchase. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Do not upload malicious files, unlawful content, or data you are not authorized to use.
• Do not misuse AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, usage limits, billing, or security controls.

8. Service changes and availability

Finalyse.ai is evolving, especially during beta. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected immediately.

9. Intellectual property

Finalyse.ai, including its website, app design, brand, software, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Finalyse.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law or written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finalyse.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including financial losses, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made based on service outputs.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, or if continued access is not commercially or legally practical. You may stop using the service at any time and may use in-app controls to request account or data deletion.
